PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a multiple dwelling house in which facilities of pipes for water supply, waste water, air conditioners and other purposes and cables for electric cables, telephone wires and other purposes can be easily laid and which is excellent in earthquake resistance. SOLUTION: Earthquake resistant intermediate columns 3 are provided between main columns 2 and beam members 4 are laid at the upper and lower sides of the columns 2, 3 to form a polygonal frame body in a plan view. Further, flat slabs 5 provided with a structure having no beam at the upper and lower faces of the frame body are formed for the frame structural multiple dwelling house. The upper and lower beam members 4 of a pair of side wall parts 11 longitudinally counterposed are formed to have a reverse beam structure, and facilities of pipes such as water supply pipes, air conditioner pipes, and other pipes, and cables such as electric cables, telephone wires, and other wires are inserted in notches 41 of the reverse beam structure to arrange them in the underfloor space.
