PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which is a noise reduction structure and furthermore enables to prolong the life of a belt and to switch with low control power. SOLUTION: A slip member 24 is installed at a shaft 13 which is projected in an induction body of an electric air blower 12 and a belt switching structure which moves a belt 26 from the shaft 13 to a side of the slip member 24 is provided. Thereby, a noise reduction structure, prolongation of life of the belt 26 until its exchange and an effect which can switch with low control power can be realized because the structure is the one whose belt 26 does not revolve.
