The invention relates to a winding body for rotating electric machines, especially consisting of a laminated winding body with windings arranged in grooves. The aim of the invention is to provide a winding body with high mechanical rigidity in the laminated part thereof, wherein the winding can be inserted into the grooves by means of a machine and the inserted windings can be fixed inside the grooves of the winding body in a reliable manner. According to the invention, the winding body (1) consists of at least two parts: a hollow cylindrical outer part (2) and a hollow cylindrical inner part (3). Closed grooves (4) that are known per se are arranged in the hollow cylindrical outer part, whereby said grooves have an opening (5) towards the inner part (3) in the bottom thereof. Said groove openings (5) widen out in the direction of the edge of the cylinder and create a transition area with the adjacent groove. The outer shape of the hollow cylindrical inner part (3) is adapted to the inner shape of the hollow cylindrical outer part (2), whereby the hollow cylindrical inner part (3) has adapted dispersion heads (6) in the direction of the openings (5). Groove recesses are located in the middle of said dispersion heads (6). The invention can be used for both rotor plate bodies in an inner or outer embodiment and for stator plate bodies. |
