PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a trouble that a boiled egg whose good taste is leaked into water and which has a watery texture due to water impregnated in the egg, is obtained, when an egg is boiled in water. SOLUTION: This product similar to a boiled egg is produced without using water. When an egg is, for example, directly placed in an oven for roasting sweet potatoes and heated, the shell of the egg is broken to flow out the content due to a high temperature. In order to prevent such phenomenon, a heat- insulating box is disposed in the oven to reduce the conduction of heat and moderately heat the egg, thus preventing the shell of the egg. |
