PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat reservoir for heating, having cheaper cost and larger heat storage effect that these of the conventional one by kneading a ceramic material with a cement, and solidifying the kneaded product. SOLUTION: This heat reservoir is obtained by kneading a ceramic material (preferably a ferrite or a titanate) with a cement, and solidifying the kneaded product. The heat-accumulating agent can be obtained by pulverizing a waste material such as defective goods in appearance of a ceramic material to a prescribed size, kneading the pulverized waste material with the cement in a proper proportion, and solidifying the product. The mixing ratio in weight is, for example, 46.2 pts.wt. sintered block, 32.8 pts.wt. coarsely pulverized product, 7.5 pts.wt. powder, 9 pts.wt. cement and 4.5 pts.wt. water. As the result, the increase of 15-25% specific heat and that of 12-46% density are expected. These increases directly cause the increase of the heat storage effect in the same, or enable the heat reservoir for the heating to be miniaturized. |
