<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new orally administrable compound having fibrinogenolysis promotive action, therefore useful as an antithrombotic agent or thrombolytic agent. SOLUTION: This new compound is a compound of formula I [X is OH, carboxyl or the like; Z is a heterocyclic group of formula II, formula III (R6 is H or methyl; R7 is H, carboxyl or the like; R8 is OH, a lower alkoxy or the like) or the like; Y is a single bond, CH=CH, NH or the like], e.g. (E)-2-[2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethenyl]-6-methylpyrimidin-4-ol. The compound of formula I (e.g. a compound where Z is a group of formula III) is obtained by reaction between a compound of formula IV (R11 is a lower alkoxycarbonyl or lower acyl; R12 is H or a lower alkoxyalkenyl; R13 is a lower alkyl) and a compound of formula V.</p> |
