PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit whose flashing can be easily executed, whose number of parts is small, whose manufacturing cost increase can be lessened, and provide a unit building using the building unit and erection method of the unit building. SOLUTION: A plurality of long roof shingles 12,... having a rectangular shape in plan view and a nearly hat-shaped section are provided and a roof part 13 is integrally formed in advance at the upper face part of a building unit 11 chiefly constituted of a structure 1a united in advance to form a parallelepiped shape so as to present a frame structure with hollowed steel frames. A sheet of long corrugated board 14 as a connection member is provided between these building units 11, 11. The long corrugated board 14 has almost the same length with the longitudinal length of the long shingle 12 and it is formed to have the same shape. Both sides 14a, 14a are laid to overlap with the sides 14a, 14a integrally formed in the long shingles 12, 12 of respective roof parts 13, 13 positioned at both sides so as to fixedly lie across both sides.
