PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat storage material composition having a high heat capacity within the temperature range suitable for latent heat storage material, and excellent in body heat storage of a building structure by including each specific amount of sodium sulfate, water, a preventive of supercooling and a preventive of solid-liquid separation. SOLUTION: This heat storage material composition comprises (A) sodium sulfate such as anhydrous sodium sulfate, (B) water, (C) a preventive of supercooling such as sodium tetraborate decahydrate, preferably in the proportion of 3-6 wt.%, and (D) a preventive of solid-liquid separation, such as a cross-linked polymer obtained by polymerizing one or more monomers selected from an unsaturated carboxylic acid, an organic unsaturated sulfonic acid and salts thereof, and a polyfunctional monomer, a sodium polyacrylate, a polyacrylamide, a carboxymethylcellulose and a fine powdered silica, preferably in the proportion of 2-5 wt.%. The amount of the component B is 28-60 mol based on 1 mol component A.
