PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To withstand the hard working condition, and to lower the manufacturing cost by providing a roller obtained by integrally forming a roller main body and a bearing part for axis core of the roller main body with each other while using the austemper spherical graphite cast iron. SOLUTION: A lower roller 1 for crawler belt of a crawler type construction machinery is provided with an axis and a roller 3. The roller 3 is formed with a bearing part 3c at an axis core side of a roller main body 3b, and the axis core of the bearing part 3c is formed with a hole 3a so that the axis is directly inserted into the hole 3a. The roller main body 3b and the bearing part 3c are integrally formed with each other while using austemper spherical graphite cast iron. The hole 3a is provided with an oil reservoir 5 for sealing the lubricating oil 4 at a central part thereof, and a collar 6 provided with a hole 6a communicated with the hole 3a is arranged in both ends of the axis core. With this structure, nature of the austemper spherical graphite cast iron provided with characteristic such as self-lubricating property, abrasion resistance, rigidity, tensile resistance and high strength is sufficiently utilized, and the manufacturing cost can be lowered.
