PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting machine capable of cutting almost all kinds of fabric webs used for sewing a curtain by fusing a boil texture by a heat cutter when cutting the boil texture, and cutting the fabric webs by a rotary blade cutter when cutting the fabric webs other than the boil texture. SOLUTION: In a fabric web cutting machine fixing a fabric web on a table, being movably arranged under the table along a cutter traveling groove arranged on the table and cutting the fabric web by a cutter base having a cutter, the cutter base has a heat cutter 19 and a rotary blade cutter 33 to cut the fabric web by selecting the cutters according to a kind of cutting fabric web.
