PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purifying device in which a packing for sealing the gap between a front cover and an upper cover is hardly dislocated at the time of attaching to and removing from the front surface open port, and the exchange time of the UV lamp of a UV sterilizing device can be precisely known and the maintenance is easy. SOLUTION: The freely attachable and detachable front cover 21 for tightly closing the front surface open port of a device main body 4 is mounted and fitted to a fitting groove by hooding at the notched part in which the packing is provided at the both ends to the upper cover 20 for closing the upper surface open port, and a life time display for urging the exchange of UV lamp of the UV sterilizing device base on integrated energizing time is provided. The life time display can be temporarily released.
