PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prohibit a self-service feeding of oil when a communication trouble occurs between a POS terminal machine and a watering machine. SOLUTION: A metering machine 17 is provided with oil-feeding mode changing-over switch within a casing for specifying as an oil feeding mode either a self-service oil-feeding mode in which a customer performs an oil feeding or a full-service oil-feeding mode in which a gas station worker may perform an oil feeding. A control circuit for the metering machine 17 is operated such that a POS cooperating mode is set when the oil feeding mode changing-over switch is set at the self-service oil feeding position, wherein it is operated only under a state in which the metering machine 17 is cooperated with the POS terminal machine 15. Due to this fact, even if a communication trouble occurs between the metering machine 17 and the POS terminal machine 15, oil feeding cannot be carried out when the self-service oil-feeding mode is applied, resulting in that the customer cannot feed oil by his own intension and so it is possible to prevent non-payment of oil feeding fee.
