PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator guide device excellent in riding comfort with simple structure at a low cost. SOLUTION: A guide rail 1 is provided on its front end with a front rolling roller 2 and on its side faces with side rolling rollers 3a and 3b that sandwich it. A roller support member 4 has a front rolling roller support portion 4c and side rolling roller support portions 4b for holding the respective front and side rolling roller 2, 3a and 3b rollable, and a second support member 5 is fixed to a horizontal portion of a car frame. The first and second support members 4 and 5 have raised portions 4a and 5a in opposed fashion, between each couple of which an elastic element 6 is interposed to bear in its shearing direction the first roller support member 4.
