PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance working properties for the set-up of a scroll type compressor, and to make the equipment small in size. SOLUTION: The lead wire 2f of a motor 2 is taken outside through both a through hole 11 and a suction tube 10, and through one end of a three-way tube 15 by way of the T-shaped three-way tube 15 located between the suction tube 10 projected to the outside of a lid body 1b and a refrigerant circuit to be connected with the suction tube 10, after the lead wire 2f is connected with a relay terminal plate 16, the relay terminal plate 16 is mounted to one end of the three-way tube 15, and its outside is covered with a cap 17 so as to allow the relay terminal plate 1b to be pressed into contact with one end of the three-way tube 15 so as to be fixed thereto.
