PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple-layered thread-like material excellent in processability and weaving characteristics by improving surface characteristics of the multiple-layered thread-like material. SOLUTION: This multiple-layered thread-like material is made by laminating and drawing a resin (H) layer having high melting point such as a high density polyethylene and a resin (L) layer having relatively low melting point and, at the same time, exposing at least the resin (L) layer having the lower melting point and forming the multiple-layered thread-like material having a three- layered lamination body 1 with the resin (L) layer added with silicone fine particles or having the resin (H) layer as a core and the resin (L) layer as a sheath.
