PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply washing water as a pulsating flow, stimulate a human private part well and give massage effect by providing a pulsating flow production mechanism continuously changing a cross section area in the flexible hose of the upstream side of a nozzle. SOLUTION: A pulsating flow production mechanism 11 is provided in a flexible hose 7 connecting the hot water tank 3 and the switching valve 8 of the upstream side of the switching valve 8 switching a shower nozzle 9 and a charm nozzle 10. The pulsating production mechanism 11 transmits the rotation of a motor 13 through a shaft 13a to a cam 14, and the cross section area of the flexible hose 7 is continuously changed by the rotation of the cam 14. Thus, washing water from the flexible hose 7 is supplied to both nozzles 9, 10 through the switching valve 8 as a pulsating flow, and a human private part is stimulated by the pulsating flow well, and massage effect is given.
