PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by completing exchange of a mold in a short time. SOLUTION: A vulcanizer 1 is provided with a mold so as to be removable, and has a vulcanization molding part 9 wherein a green tire 3 is vulcanized and molded in the mold 11 to prepare a vulcanized tire 4, a carrying-in system 5 for carrying the green tire 3 into the vulcanization molding part 9 and a taking-out system 6 for taking out the vulcanized tire 4 from the vulcanization molding part 9. The carrying-in system 5 and the taking-out system 6 are arranged on the front face side of the vulcanizer 1. In addition, a vulcanization line 2 is formed by arranging in parallel a plurality of the vulcanizers 1 so as to make one directional side as the same side. |
