PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transferring a fine shape having excellent utility and productivity capable of forming a fine-shape transfer product at a low cost and good accuracy. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a fine-shape transfer product comprises the steps of providing a first mold formed with fine shape, transferring the shape of the mold to a first curable resin to provide a second mold 4 made of a first curable resin having a transferred fine shape 1', mounting the mold 4 on a support material 5 so that the surface of the shape 1' becomes a lower side, casting a second curable resin 6 having flexibility after curing in a periphery of the mold 4 mounted on the material 5, releasing the resin 6 after curing, providing a third mold obtained by integrating the mold 4 with the resin 6, casting a third curable resin in the third mold, releasing the third resin after curing, providing a fourth mold of the third resin transferred with the shape 1' of the mold 4 in the third mold, and transferring the fine shape provided in the fourth mold to manufacture the fine-shape transferred product and the mold for manufacturing the fine-shape transferred product. |
