PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method and apparatus of a foamed laminate sheet for an interior automotive trim material, which is suitable for preventing early stage troubles such as the falling of a foamed laminate sheet off an automatic material handling device, a forming clamping frame or the like due to its warpage caused at the forming of the foamed laminate sheet from developing. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of a foamed laminate sheet 10 by bonding a non-foamed layer 14 made of thermoplastic resin to one side of a foamed sheet 12 mainly made of heat resistant resin and another non- foamed layer 16 made of the same or different kind of thermoplastic resin to the other side of the foamed sheet 12, when the non-foamed layer 16 is laminatingly set on the other side of the foamed sheet 2, the surface temperature T1 ( deg.C) of the non-foamed layer 14 bonded in advance to one side side of the foamed sheet 10 is heated up at least to the heat distortion temperature T2 ( deg.C) of the resin. |
