PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine particle converging and transferring method for converging and transferring fine particles. SOLUTION: A ringlike vibration body 2 composed of a ringlike ultrasonic vibrator is positioned on the upper part of the plate 1 of a metal plate, or plastic resin, or glass, etc., and is supplied with A.C. power from an A.C. power source 3, to cylindrically converge fine particles 4 at the generation position of a standing wave in the inside of the vibration body 2 when the particles 4 are placed on the lower part of the vibration body 2. The particles 4 cylindrically converged by the vibration body 2 move together with the vibration body 2, while being cylindrically converged at the generation position of the standing wave of a supersonic wave in the inside of the vibration body 2 when the vibration body 2 is moved while slightly receding from the plate 1, thereby moving the particles 4A to a desired position on the plate 1 without the adhesion at all onto the plate 1.
