PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a loss of air permeability of a base even in the case of transferring to the base having the permeability such as a clothing by remarkably reducing a product cost with good productivity. SOLUTION: The thermal transfer sheet is obtained by laminating an image layer on a mold release sheet 1, and laminating a heat fusible adhesive layer 3 on the layer 2. The layers 2 and 3 can be made to have air permeability. Further, the sheet 1 may be formed as a transparent synthetic resin film, or a toner image layer obtained by fixing the layer 2 by an electrostatic copier.
