PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sufficient ejection force even if the displacement to be generated through respective ejection generating elements is small by providing a plurality of wall faces of the liquid chamber in a nozzle, respectively, with a mechanism generating a force for ejecting a liquid drop from a nozzle hole. SOLUTION: In order to eject a liquid drop from a nozzle hole 11, displacement transmitting mechanisms 13, 14 each coupled with an independent displacement generating mechanism are provided on two sides of the side wall of a liquid chamber 12. Consequently, a sufficient ejection force can be obtained even if the displacement of respective wall faces is small by employing the displacement of a plurality of wall faces or internal displacement, and since the ejection of a plurality of ejection liquid drops is controlled respectively, a different quantity of ejection liquid drop can be obtained such that a plurality of elements have different displacements. Furthermore, a displacement or a pressure for damping meniscus oscillation positively can be applied using a plurality of displacement generating mechanisms and print speed can be enhanced by increasing the ejection frequency.
