PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of warpage and strain by sticking a decorative sheet on one side of a wooden base material and a moistureproof sheet on the other side with a moistureproof adhesive. SOLUTION: In a warpage-prevented decorative plate 1, a decorative sheet 2 is stuck on the upper surface of a wooden base material layer 3 as a base material layer through an adhesive layer 4. Also on the lower surface of the layer 3, two paper layers 51, 52 using printing paper for building materials 20-50 g/m2 in basis weight, white paper or a thin paper sheet whose interlaminer strength is increased by mixing a synthetic resin, and others, a moistureproof sheet 5 is laminated/formed through a thermoplastic synthetic resin-extruded coat layer 53. The adhesive layer 4 for sticking the sheet 5 is composed of a moistureproof adhesive layer 4a. In this way, the decorative plate free from the generation of warpage and strain caused by the influences of temperature, humidity, and others can be manufactured.
