PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a sizing mold for extrusion molding excellent in dimensional accuracy and generating no dimensional inferiority or a sink in an obtained molded product without increasing processing cost. SOLUTION: In manufacturing a sizing mold for extrusion molding constituted of a plurality of divisible blocks, having a resin passage 2 comunicating with the inlet and outlet of the mold and having an opening part opened so that the outlet shape of the resin passage corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of a molded product, the resin passage 2 and a sizing mold dividing part 3 are cut off from one sizing mold block material 1 along at least the mutual contours thereof with one stroke so that the side surface end part 32 of the sizing mold block material 1 of the sizing mold dividing part 3 is left and, subsequently, the side surface end part 32 of the sizing mold dividing part 3 is cut off to integrate a plurality of the divisible blocks.
