PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To divide the rotation about an appropriate axis, especially an axis separated from a machine tool in a rotation dividing device for machining a work by rotation dividing. SOLUTION: A turntable 7 dividing the rotation on a horizontal plane is provided on a base 2, a work table 10 slidably in the X axis and the Y axis directions is horizontally mounted on the turntable 7, respective three drive means for the rotational displacement of the turntable 7, the X-axial displacement, and the Y-axial displacement of the work table 10 are connected to a numerical controller, and the three displacements are simultaneously controlled to divide the rotation of the work 11 about a point different from the rotation axis of the turntable 7.
