PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out hooking work to an object to be clamped quickly and safely. SOLUTION: A hanger unit 2 is installed on the lower side of a fixed frame 1 with an upward opening part 1a. The curved part 3b at the center of a turning frame 3 of a nearly hook shape with an opening part 3a is journalled at one side of the fixed frame. The turning frame 3 is installed to turn freely between an open position at which the opening part 3a of the turning frame 3 is opened upward above the upward opening part 1a and a closed position at which the opening part 3a of the turning frame 3 is opened downward and surrounds an object to be clamped A with the upward opening part 1a. An forcing member 4 to force the turning frame 3 to the closed position is installed on the journal unit. A locking mechanism 5 to lock the turning frame 3 at the closed position is installed on the top of the other end of the fixed frame 1. A tapped hole 16a is provided at the lower part of the other end of the fixed frame 1 facing to the curved part 3b at the center of the turning frame 3 at the closed position and a clamp screw member 6 is screwed into the tapped hole 16a.
