PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the normal welding of synthetic resin matters to be welded without developing thin or warped jointing surfaces, and consequently surely prevent the commercial value of a resin product from lowering. SOLUTION: In the resin product manufactured by welding the edge parts of two laminated sheets of matter to be welded X made of non-chlorine-based synthetic resin together by applying a high frequency under the state being pressingly pinched between counter electrodes, which consist of an upper electrode 42, in which a welding surface 45 and a fusingly cutting blade 46 are provided, and a lower flat plate electrode 41 opposing to the upper electrode 42, the edge parts pinched between the counter electrodes are applied with high frequency under the state of being pressurized under the pressure of about 20 kg/cm2 in an induction heating process and, after the finish of the induction process, in a successively executed temporarily fusingly cutting and curing process, the edge parts are pressurized by raising a pressure up to about 40 kg/cm2 in synchronous with the stoppage of the application of the high frequency. |
