摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide the ultrahigh pressure required for the water supercritical fluid reaction by setting a supercritical fluid reactor in a deep sea and introducing a supercritical fluid reacted with a fluid of almost equal concentration to a deep sea water into the reactor. SOLUTION: A supercritical reactor is suspended from a vessel to the bottom of a deep sea approximately 2,500 meter deep or set on the bottom. A treatment fluid is introduced from a piping C, and the given flow rate of the treatment fluid is introduced from a pump P with the pressure control function set on the ground or on the vessel through valves V. For the purpose of securing the temperature for starting the supercritical reaction, power is applied to an electric heater H as a heat source. At the point of time when the supercritical point can be secured, the desired treatment fluid is fed from the pump P. The supercritical fluid reaction is started by the arrangement to turn environmental pollution substances and industrial wastes to harmless. A waste treatment device and a substance regenerating and synthesizing reaction device, which almost cannot be set on the ground, can be set to contribute to the improvement of the ground environment and securing the same.</p>
