PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shape a sharp indentation in a surface and also to prevent a cushion layer from being crushed in a recess completely, in the case when a upholstery having the cushion layer is molded integrally with a resin base at the same time. SOLUTION: After a upholstery 14 having a cushion layer 20 is cut in a prescribed shape (a), it is pressed on a molding surface 30a and molded integrally with a resin base 12 at the same time as injection-compression molding of the resin base 12 and thereby a recess 26 for fitting a bezel of an inside door handle or the like is formed (b). In this case, a soft urethane foam for a cushion which has an apparent density D of 50 kg/m3 or above, hardness of 10 kgf or above and a compression residual strain rate C of 8% or below, conforming to the provisions K6401 of JIS, is used as the cushion material 20. |
