PROJECTION IMAGE DISPLAY METHOD, DEVICE THEREFOR AND ULTRASONIC IMAGE PICKUP DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection image display method and device for imparting a sure three dimensional effect and to provide an ultrasonic image pickup device provided with the projection image display device. SOLUTION: Two projection images are obtained by projecting three- dimensional image data 302' for constituting a scene respectively in directions equivalent to the lines of sight of both eyes of an observer and the two projection images are displayed on the same screen as the monochrome images of mutually different colors. The images are observed through the different color filters of both eyes and the three-dimensional effect is obtained.
