PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a formed product bound with a fast curing solid phenol resin. SOLUTION: A powdery phenol resin in combination with a powdery addition polymer selected from a group comprising addition polymers of one or more kinds of monomers selected from a group of a vinyl ester of an unbranched or branched 1-12C carboxylic acid, an ester of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid with an unbranched or branched 1-12C alcohol, a vinyl aromatic compound, a vinyl halide, an olefin and a diene, stabilized by a polyvinyl alcohol and a hydroxy group-containing protective colloid is mixed with a substrate to be stuck or applied on the substrate to be stuck. The mixed or applied resin is cured at high temperature and optionally under high pressure to cure the resin and to provide the objective formed product.
