PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method and apparatus for centrifugal molding capable of easily releasing a molding from a mold and taking out the molding by holding its good appearance while holding the shape of the molding formed by the method. SOLUTION: In the method for centrifugal molding, a member 3 for preventing thinning of one or both ends of a substance 2 is provided on an inner periphery of one or both end of a mold 1. The method comprises the steps of damming up casting of one or both ends of the substance 2 so as not to spread the substance 2, thereby preventing thinning of the end of an endless belt 2, and easily releasing a molding from the mold 1.
