PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide flat surface while ensuring the body rigidity by constituting the seat back of a rear seat from an upper part supported on a rear tray panel and a lower part having a lower end supported on a floor panel so as to be tiltable toward a cargo chamber side with the lower end of the lower seat back as a rotating support point. SOLUTION: A rear seat 20 is formed of a seat back 21 and a seat cushion 22, and the seat back 21 is formed of an upper seat back 21A fixed to a rear tray panel 30 and a longitudinally foldable lower seat back 21B. In the backward folded state of the rear seat 20, only the central foldable seat back 21 is folded backward, and the fixed seat back 21A in the peripheral part thereof is laid in the state left on a cabin side as it is. The rear seat 20 is divided into the foldable seat back 21B and the fixed seat back 21B in this way, and only the foldable seat back 21B is folded backward, whereby a flat state can be provided within a cabin C by a front seat 10 and the rear seat 20.
