PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To temporarily contain a writing instrument and an erasing implement without fear of straining caused by contact with a shoulder or an elbow without covering a marking surface of a board body of a blackboard and the like. SOLUTION: An end of a powder receiver 2 is formed in a cut-out shape, and its length size L is cut shorter than a width size W of a board body 1a. A box-like pocket 4 opened upward is positioned at the cut-out part and fixedly installed. This position scarcely effects a user's collision and does not disorder a design consistency of the overall blackboard and the like. Further, when a cover 4b is provided at the pocket 4, in the case of transporting the blackboard and the like, there is no fear of projecting an article in the pocket and falling down it from the pocket.
