PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a various pattern with good reproducibility by a simple operation. SOLUTION: A transparent plate or a translucent plate is used for at least one of a front plate 2 and a rear plate 3, and an uncured liquid-like polymer 1 containing gas or generating a gas in association with reaction is sandwiched between the plates 2 and 3. Any of gas mount, thickness of a gap between the front and rear plates and temperature is regulated, and the polymer 1 is cured while forming a pattern to integrate the plate 2 with the plate 3.
