PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To follow up one's recumbent form with the inside of a knee kept from being close thereto to enable a pleasant sleep by providing a cloth bag having an opening where one's leg can be inserted on one side, and a pillow to which one side of the inner surface of the bag is secured and which can be interposed between one's leg parts to constitute bedding. SOLUTION: This bedding 1 is formed by a cloth bag 4 having an opening 3 where the leg part 2a of person 2 can be inserted on one side and a pillow 5 secured to only one side 4a of the inner surface 4a of the bag 4 by a sewing means 8 and interposed between the leg parts 2 of the person 2. The bag 4 is formed by an upper cover 6 and a lower cover 7, and at least one side or a part near the leg part 2a of the person 2, especially near the ankle on the counter-opening 3 side is formed by cotton generating far infrared rays. The thus formed bedding 1 keeps the inside of one's knee being close thereto by the pillow 5 during sleeping, and the other side of the pillow 5 is freely moved so that even if the recumbent form is changed to sleeping on one's side, the direction of the pillow 5 follows up the bedding.
