PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for supplying culture water, capable of maintaining a water quality and an environment suitable for the growth of aquatic organisms without using a chemical agent. SOLUTION: Water supplied from a water source is brought into contact with a metal fiber woven fabric received in the device for supplying culture water. Since a fine amount of a metal ion (for example, silver ion or copper ion) eluted from the metal fibers is added to the water, pathogenic bacteria or bacteria for preventing the growth of aquatic organisms are sterilized to inhibit the growth of the bacteria. Thus, a water quality and an environment suitable for growing aquatic organisms can be maintained, and the sterilization action and the antibacterial action of the metal ion water are stably obtained for a long period.
