PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a foreign matter removing work from a low position at an eaves edge and perform the foreign matter removing work even if the space between the eaves and an eaves gutter is narrow by forming an opening window on a front plate for covering the drain port of the eaves gutter from the front side, and providing an opening and closing lid for blocking this opening. SOLUTION: This dust removing device for eaves gutter comprises an opening window 31 formed on a front plate 3 for covering the drain port 21 of an eaves gutter 1 from the front side and an opening and closing lid 6 for blocking this opening. The opening window 31 is opened and closed by sliding the opening and closing lid 6 in the longitudinal direction of the eaves gutter 1. The opening and closing lid 6 includes a lid part 7 sliding along the front plate 3 of the eaves gutter 1 and an opening and closing operation handle 8 protruded forward form the upper opening of the eaves gutter 1. The lid part 7 has, in its lower end, a bent piece bent in substantially L-shape along the bottom front part of the eaves gutter, and the eaves gutter 1 has a guide part 22 for guiding the bent piece at the sliding of the opening and closing lid 6. According to this, a foreign matter removing work can be preformed from a low position at the eaves edge.
