PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save consuming electric power and contribute to space saving of the inside of a room by providing a power generation device for generating power by electromagnetic induction to a hot water washing stool device and a charging device for charging the electricity. SOLUTION: When a user sitting down on a hot water washing stool device 1 for evacuation or training uses a health maintaining and improving device 3 attached to the stool device 1, a power generation device attached thereto is operated and electric power generates by electromagnetic induction. The generated electric power is charged to a charging device 4 connected to the power generation device and attached to the stool device 1. The charged electric power is utilized as electric power operating the hot wind heater, the hot water heater, the stool seat heater, the washing water jetting pump and the like of the stool device 1. Thereby consuming electric power can be saved in the stool device 1, which contributes to space saving of the inside of a room.
