PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exceed a minimum standard of environmental protection for separation of oil, water, and earth and sand by a method wherein a central pipe is provided along a central axis position at a center of a funnel case, a spiral type water measuring device is provided in the central pipe, and a taper separator is provided at its bottom end. SOLUTION: A central pipe 5 is provided along a central axis position at a center of a funnel case 1, a spiral type water-measuring device 6 is provided in the central pipe 5, and a taper separator 7 is provided at a bottom end of the central pipe 5. Wastewater enters from a water supply pipe 2, a large lump of earth and sand is deposited quickly to a bottom outlet 3, and exhausted. A gas is exhausted via a vent pipe 12, and an oil is exhausted through a waste oil pipe 10. Water containing a particulate enters a multiple tapered separator 7, is rotated or separated by being divided by an oblique plate, and sinks to the bottom outlet 3. Simultaneously the water is reversely pushed up by a taper action of the tapered separator 7, the treated purified water rises firstly by being pushed by a blade installed obliquely in the central pipe 5, is guided to a purification water tank 14 via a feed water pan 16 therefrom, and reaches a drain pipe 8.
