PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a fresh image with good transferability by forming a coloring ink layer of a layer not melted when thermally transferred and having a specific thickness and containing a specific ratio of a pigment, and incorporating a resin of a specific ratio or above in an adhesive layer. SOLUTION: A content of a pigment in a coloring ink layer is set to 50 wt.% or above or preferably 80 wt.% or above. Thus, the layer is not substantially melted when thermally transferred. Further, a thickness of the ink layer is set to 0.05 to 0.5 μm. If the content of the pigment in the layer is less or larger than this range, sharpness of the in layer is deteriorated. If the thickness of the ink layer is smaller than this range, its printing density becomes insufficient. The content of the pigment in the ink layer may be 100 wt.% (that is, no binder exists). Normally, the content of the pigment is 95 wt.% or less from a view point of obtaining good crosslinking transferability, and the content of the resin is preferably set to 5 wt.% or above. |
