PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent dust preventive and water preventive effects not only when an air pressure rotation device is in operation but also when it is out of operation. SOLUTION: A seal ring 15 in a V-shape in cross section is fixed to the outer circumferential surface of a casing 2, and its lip piece 15a is pressure- contacted onto the outer circumferential corner part of a dust prevention cover 12 so as to allow a labyrinth gap 13 to be formed with respect to the casing 2. By this constitution, coolant and the like can be prevented from ingressing in the labyrinth gap 13 when a rotary dresser rotation driving device 1 is out of operation.
