PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a universal drain which can absorb the expansion from plural directions of an eaves gutter caused by air temperature, and which is easy to install. SOLUTION: A flexible drain comprises a cap cylinder 1, a drain cylinder body 2, and a lower cylinder 3. The lower cylinder 3 comprises a lid 4, a spacer 5, a stopper 6, and a lower cylinder body 7. The outside diameter of the drain cylinder body 2 is smaller than the diameter of a first through hole 41 in the lid 4, the inside diameter of the spacer 5, and the diameter of a second through hole 63 in the stopper 6, and the outside diameter of the spacer 5 is smaller than the outside diameter of the lid 4 but greater than the diameter of the first through hole 41. The inside diameter of the spacer 5 is smaller than the diameter of the first through hole 41 and the outside diameter of the collar part of the stopper 6 is smaller than the outside diameter of the lid 4 but greater than the inside diameter of the spacer 5. The cap cylinder 1, the drain cylinder body 2, and the spacer 5 are freely slidable within the first through hole 41.
