PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of taking measures effectively to meet an independent house having a piping arranged with resin pipes. SOLUTION: An exclusive manhole 1 is formed in the ground, the front end of a metal water service pipe 8 buried in the ground is placed into the exclusive manhole 1 and, at the same time, in a piping system connecting resin pipes 4a, 4b and 4c arranged in the exclusive manhole 1, and a drainage valve 6 on the side of the resin pipes is continuously provided in the lowest part of the water service pipe 8 in the exclusive manhole 1. Then, the drainage valve 6 is equipped with a passage connecting between the water servic pipe 8 and resin pipes 4a-4c and a passage closing the side of the water service pipe to open the side of the resin pipes.
