SOLUTION: On the pavement surface in the range within the reach of the discharge port of a weighing machine 1 installed a gas station, water permeable concrete pavement 10 of a prescribed thickness is installed. Under this water permeable concrete pavement 10, a drainage pipe network 13 for collecting or discharging the leaked fuel or water permeated through the inside of the water permeable concrete pavement is arranged.
