PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a breast interlining cloth having repulsiveness, body and stiffness and good in shape retaining properties and fastness to washing. SOLUTION: This breast interlining cloth comprises a woven or a knitted fabric and yarns constituting the woven or knitted fabric have composite yarns prepared from at least yarns A and yarns B which are polyester yarns having 20-200 kgf/mm2 apparent Young's modulus, 0.1-1.5 g/d initial stress and 3-30% initial elongation in a load-extension curve as a raw material.
