PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed and discharge a pallet supporting a work to a pallet support table for a machine tool by a simple structure. SOLUTION: A pallet P is provided with a pallet support table 23 moving in the X axial direction and Y axial direction perpendicular to a paper face, a lock member 42 which advances/retreats in the X axial direction along a guide rod 91 by a cylinder 40 to as to deliver the pallet P to a guide rail 38 of a pallet changer 35, and an engagement counter-member P1 having possibility of engaged with the lock member 42. The lock member 42 and the lock counter- member P1 are automatically engaged with/disengaged from each other by raising/lowering the pallet support table 23 moved to an illustrated position along the X axis, in the Y direction.
