PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die casting method for manufacturing a casting composed of an alloy having a thixotrapic property, wherein a typical casting failure does not occur. SOLUTION: A seal molten metal volume is processed in a fusion processing chamber 4 together with a primary crystal being granulated to be an even metallic suspension 13 status. On one hand, the chamber 4 is linked with a melting pot 1 via a molten metal pipe 2 and a first sprue runner 3, and is linked with a casting chamber 5 via a second sprue runner 6 on the other hand. In order not to suck a large volume of air into the casting chamber 5 during the volume distribution process, a die casting mold 14 is not separated from the casting chamber 5 while the molten metal is poured, and the metallic suspension 13 is transferred to the casting chamber 5 by the movement of a pressing plunger 7. Homogeneity of the metallic suspension 13 is thus obtained, and in order to ascertain the isotropy of the casting, the metallic suspension 13 is agitated both in the fusion processing chamber 4 and the casting chamber 5. Charging of the mold 14 is made by a plunger rod 8 and the metallic suspension 13 is rotated in an electromagnetic field 10 while it is being charged and depressed.
