PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quietly and quickly send a smell to all the corners of a room by evaporating a perfume in a well-balanced state. SOLUTION: A diffuser is composed of a rotary cylinder having an intake port 5 in a cylinder lower part, a main body for installing a support shaft on an electric lamp and a perfume vessel by arranging inner blades 2 on the upper surface of a rotary cylinder, outer blades 3 in a cylinder upper part and an exhaust port containing an exhaust hole 4. Thus, a well-balanced smell can be quickly sent to all the corners of a room. The diffuser is quiet and beautiful, and can be enjoyed as a part of the interior.
