PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely set combination with an X-ray generator and to move. SOLUTION: A freely vertically movable and rotatably spindle 44 is disposed on the upper surface of a control base 43 provided with wheels 42, a supporting base 46 is mounted on the spindle 44 and a solid-state image pickup device 52 composed of a semiconductor two-dimensional sensor is freely openably and closably attached through a hinge 51 to the supporting base 46. Also, the spindle 44 supports the centroid position of the supporting base 46 to which the solid-state image pickup device 52 is attached and further, the spindle 44 is erected at the centroid part of the control base 43.
